This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $89,000 with the total cost estimated to be $2,262,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Leon Terr. - N. 71st St. to N. 72nd St. (SM495100056): Sanitary sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $68,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.

N. 72nd St. - W. Villard Ave. to W. Leon Terr. (SM495100055): Sanitary sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $47,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.

7th Aldermanic District

N. 36th St. - W. Nash St. to W. Roosevelt Dr. (SM495100057): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $340,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2011 construction season.
