Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain an existing 36-inch combined sewer and an existing 42-inch combined sewer located 178 feet north to 450 feet north of the centerline of West North Avenue between North 24th Street and North 25th Street; and
Whereas, The easement area is located in lands owned by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2791A & SE-2791B, granting permission to the City of Milwaukee or future assigns to maintain the 36-inch and 42-inch diameter combined sewers has been approved as to contents by the City Engineer; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2971A & SE-2791B will also grant the City of Milwaukee or future assigns the right of entry in and across the property with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate said 36-inch and 42-inch diameter combined sewers as may become applicable; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2791A & SE-2791B, said Easement document being attached to this Common Council File Number 090811 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
