She has problems with the noise when the bar closes and when bikers patronize the bar and she knows that a woman has been arrested for selling drugs on the side of the bar. Ms. Robinson also says that the block was very quiet when the bar was closed due to a fire. Ms. Williams says that she has never had a complaint about noise or drugs from neighbors or the police. Neighborhood supporters: Sabrina Lynk, 618 W. Vine St., is a patron of the bar and is in support of the license. She was a witness to an altercation between the licensee and the licensees mother.
