This ordinance repeals an obsolete code provision requiring “police patrolmen” to report defective and dangerous streets, walks and other places that come to their notice while on their beat and for the chief of police to keep a register of these reports.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part. 1. Section 105-128 of the code is repealed.
