Analysis
This resolution authorizes the City Comptroller to transfer funds to the previously established sub-accounts for the remaining Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee preliminary engineering costs in the amount of $75,000.00. The City Milwaukee’s share is $15,000.00 and the grantor share is $60,000.00, increasing the total costs to $3,215,000.00 with the City share of $643,000.00 and the grantor share of $2,572,000.00.

Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted resolutions authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to various State and/or Federal Aid project sub-accounts for preliminary engineering; and
Whereas, Additional planning and review during the design stage have resulted in increased costs charged against the project; and
Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary for the estimated remaining Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee preliminary engineering costs for the projects; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the project grant chartfields as follows:
