Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $8,349.00 payable to Cermele & Associates, 6310 West Bluemound Road, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI 53213 to reimburse them for legal fees for defense of the following police officers:
