This resolution accepts sewer easement documents SE-2767A&B, SE-2768A&B and SE-2799A&B located in the area bounded by North 99th Street, West River Ridge Drive and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation R.O.W. in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, The River Ridge Subdivision requires said easements for the public main sanitary and storm sewers to reach their outlets; and

Whereas, Said sanitary and storm sewers have been designed to accept flows for future expansion of the proposed development; and

Whereas, The easements for said sewers are in property owned by Neumann Enterprises, Inc; and

Whereas, Sewer easement documents SE-2767A&B, SE-2768A&B and SE-2799A&B granting permission to the City to construct and maintain said sewers have been granted by Neumann Enterprises Inc. and approved as to contents by the City Engineer; and

Whereas, Sewer easement documents SE-2767A&B, SE-2768A&B and SE-2799A&B will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewers; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts sewer easement documents SE-2767A&B, SE-2768A&B and SE-2799A&B, said easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 071539 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
