Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to access and maintain the sanitary lift station in that part of Outlot 1 of Block 2 of Tara Vista Estates Subdivision, in the Northwest one quarter (NW ¼) Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; and
Whereas, The easement for the sanitary lift station is in the property owned by Tara Vista, LLC; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2777, granting permission to the City to access and maintain the sanitary lift station has been granted by Tara Vista Estates, LLC, and approved as to content by the City Engineer; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2777 will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2777, said Sewer Easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 071538 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said sewer easement has been accepted, the easement documents shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
