Analysis

This resolution authorizes the proper City Officers to execute sewer easement release SER-2745, located in an area north of West Brown Deer Road and south of West Fairy Chasm Road (extended) between North 76^th Street and North 84^th Street (extended) in the 9^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, On January 6, 2005 the City of Milwaukee was granted sewer easement SE-2745 located in an area north of West Brown Deer Road and south of West Fairy Chasm Road (extended) between North 76^th Street and North 84^th Street (extended), being part of Tax Key Number 032-9997-114 by Menard, Inc.; and

Whereas, The sewers that were planned to be constructed in this easement have never been constructed; and

Whereas, The sewer easement is no longer required for future sewer purposes and does not serve the interest of the City of Milwaukee and should be released; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to execute sewer easement release SER-2745, set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easement releases have been executed by the proper City Officers, they shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
