Analysis
This ordinance clarifies the city’s snow parking regulations so that on designated streets, vehicles may be parked on both sides of the street day or night, except when snow has accumulated on the street surfaces to depth of 4 inches or more.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-26.5-1-a of the code is amended to read:
101-26.5. Snow Parking Regulations - 4 or More Inches.
1. a. On designated streets, vehicles may be parked on both sides of the street >> day or night<<, except when snow has accumulated on the street surface to the depth of 4 inches or more.
