Title

Analysis

This substitute ordinance allows for the conversion of a two-family residence to office use.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-601.2.0031. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within South Shea Avenue, the zoning line within West National Avenue, the zoning line within South 34th Street and the north property line of the parcel at 3334-36 West National Avenue, extended, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
