Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 7749, being a division of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and part of Lot 4, Assessment Subdivision No. 9, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 7749 and Document No. 09225724 on April 28, 2006; and
Whereas, Frederick W. Shibilski, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting the Corporate Owners Certificate contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
