Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

W. Kilbourn Ave. - N. 25th St. to N. 27th St. (ST211070170) File Number 070368: Installing traffic calming devices. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,000) The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $8,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

W. McKinley Ave. - N. 32nd St. to N. 34th St. (ST211070172) File Number 070368: Installing traffic calming devices. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $4,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $9,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.
