Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Muskego Avenue from West Greenfield Avenue to a point 200 feet south

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 130 feet east of North 17^th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof

On the west side of South 38^th Street from a point 175 feet north of West Mitchell Street to a point 35 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 27^th Street from a point 50 feet north of the north line of the east-west alley north of West Vliet Street to West Cherry Street”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North 91^st Street from West Center Street to a point 140 feet north

On the east side of South 2^nd Street from West Seeboth Street to a point 650 feet north

Part 5.  Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Muskego Avenue from West Greenfield Avenue to a point 200 feet south

Part 6.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 25^th Street from West National Avenue to West Scott Street
