Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Single-Family Residential to Single-Family Residential on land located on the North Side of West Howard Avenue and West of South 84th Street, in the 11th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance is to bring the area into conformity with the zoning for the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501(1)(a).0005. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for all parcels of land currently zoned Single-Family Residential (RS6) within the area bounded by South 83rd Street, West Howard Avenue, South 93rd Street, the zoning line within West Morgan Avenue, a line 118.2 feet East and parallel to the east line of South 91st Street, a line 120 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Morgan Avenue, the zoning line within South 88th Street, the zoning line within West Morgan Avenue, the zoning line within South 86th Street, a line 135 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Morgan Avenue, the zoning line within South 85th Street, and a line 130 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Morgan Avenue, from Single-Family Residential (RS6) to Single-Family Residential (RS5).
