Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $700,000 be and hereby is appropriated from the 2014 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to the Department of Neighborhood Services to provide additional funding for nuisance garbage clean-up services; and, be it
Further Resolved, That this appropriation is in addition to the $875,000, appropriated to the Department of Neighborhood Services by Common Council Resolution 130923; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Neighborhood Services will be reimbursed for nuisance garbage clean-up services from property owners; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue be in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
