This resolution authorizes the City Comptroller to create the necessary accounts for developer funds deposited for the design and for the inspection of a public water main and sanitary sewer.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted Resolution File Number 120575 on September 25, 2012 which authorized the proper city officials to enter into an Out-Of-Program Agreement with Forest county Potawatomi Community for the installation of a public water main and sanitary sewer; and
Whereas, Resolution File Number 120575 also authorized the Commissioner of Public Works to accept funds as outlined in the agreement; and
Whereas, Resolution File Number 120575 contains the account information for the water main; and
Whereas, The cost of the sanitary sewer will be funded entirely by the developer, cost to include instruction costs, engineering and inspection costs; (SW172120105 - $22,000); now, therefore be it
Resolved, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to make the necessary funding and accounting entries, including increasing the Milwaukee Water Works and Sewers Developer Out-Of-Program Capitol Purpose Account and offsetting revenues to appropriately reflect the intent of this action and assure adequate cost recovery.
