Analysis
This resolution grants an easement to Time Warner Entertainment Company LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership, d.b.a. Time Warner Cable for the installation and maintenance of underground and surface utility facilities at 2275 North Lincoln Memorial Drive (Milwaukee Water Works North Point Pumping Station).
Body
Whereas, The Time Warner Cable Corporation provides communication services to the City of Milwaukee owned property at 2275 North Lincoln Memorial Drive (Milwaukee Water Works North Point Pumping Station property); and
Whereas, Said services are provided by underground and surface utility facilities located on said property; and
Whereas, The Time Warner Cable Corporation requires a permanent easement, as shown on Exhibit "A" of the attached easement document, on said property to install, maintain, and replace said facilities; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that an easement is granted to the Time Warner Cable Corporation and the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller are hereby authorized to execute the easement document on the City's behalf, a copy of which is attached to and part of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said easement has been executed by the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller, it shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for further processing.
