Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of South 27th Street in the 2700 block”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Bradley Road from a point 250 feet west of North 91st Street to a point 200 feet east of North Granville Road
On North 73rd Street from a point 140 feet north of West Calumet Road to a point 100 feet north thereof
On North 73rd Street from a point 400 feet north of West Calumet Road to a point 100 feet north thereof
On the east side of North 73rd Street from a point 960 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 130 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 73rd Street from a point 900 feet south of West Bradley Road to a point 190 feet south thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 18th Street from West Keefe Avenue to West Nash Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 18th Street from West Keefe Avenue to West Finn Place
On the east side of South 39th Street from West National Avenue to a point 300 feet north
Part 5. Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by striking the following:
On the east side of South 5th Street from South Chase Avenue to West Arthur Avenue
