Title

Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Teutonia Avenue Property Holding, LLC, and will facilitate the sale of 5435 North Teutonia Avenue to an adjacent property owner, Novozymes, to accommodate its future expansion needs.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-801.4.0002.
 
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the property located at 5435 North Teutonia Avenue, Tax Key No. 193-1113-100, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Industrial-Heavy (IH).
