Title

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110440 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 1F, add footnote designation "(4)" to the title of "Communication Systems Manager" and add footnote "(4) to read as follows: "Recruitment may be at any rate in the pay range with the approval of DER and the Chair of the Committee on Finance and Personnel".
Part 2. Part 1, Section 5 of ordinance File Number 110440 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 5E, add footnote designation "(6)" to the title "Police Services Specialist - Investigator" and add footnote "(6)" to read as follows: "(6) Employees shall receive an additional ($.65) per hour when they are designated to act as a leadworker. This additional pay shall not be included in base salary for determining fringe benefits."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of all parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
Part 4. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
