Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Wells Street from a point 130 feet west of North Broadway to a point 40 feet west thereof

On the north side of West Waterford Avenue from South 70^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the west side of South 70^th Street from West Waterford Avenue to a point 40 feet north

Part 2.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On South 2^nd Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Maple Street

On West Maple Street from South 1^st Street to South 2^nd Street
