This resolution authorizes the Office of the Comptroller to increase appropriations in the Special Purpose account for contributions allowing for the transfer of actual contribution revenue deposits.
Body
Whereas, Common Council file 980965 established procedural guidelines related to the expenditure of funds to be reimbursed by greater than anticipated revenues; and
Whereas, The Estimated Contribution Revenue account as a source of funds for general city purposes was established at $2,400,000 as a result of the 2011 Budget process; and
Whereas, File number 110664 relating to greater than anticipated revenue for the Police Department Federal Forfeiture Trust Fund, increased the Special Purpose account (D001), by $353,500; and
Whereas, Contributions received to date exceeds $2,927,882.55; and
Pursuant to s. 304-91, I hereby certify that the money required for this is anticipated to be realized on or before 12/31/11 and to be expended only for the purpose in this resolution.

Resolved, That $174,382.55 is appropriated to 2011 Special Purpose Contribution account 0001-2110-D001-006300 with a corresponding increase to the Estimated Contribution Revenue account 0001-9990-009850; and ,be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to carry out the intent of this resolution.
