Analysis
This Resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the reconstruction of the North 51st Boulevard Bridge over the Lincoln Creek and to fund the revised engineering estimate with an additional City of Milwaukee share of $61,810 and a grantor share of $0. The Revised Project Agreement provides for 100 percent local funds for engineering, and 80 percent Federal and State aid and 20 percent local cost sharing for eligible construction costs for the project. The total estimated cost for the project is $2,413,810 of which $764,210 is the City of Milwaukee’s Share and $1,649,600 is the grantor share. Construction funds for the project will be requested in a future Common Council resolution.
