Analysis
Currently, cruising is prohibited on that portion of West Burleigh Street bounded by West Fond du Lac Avenue on the east and North Sherman Boulevard on the west. This ordinance expands the cruising prohibition on Burleigh Street to that portion of Burleigh Street bounded by West Fond du Lac Avenue on the east and the city limits on the west.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-20.5-1-b-16 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:
101-20.5 Cruising Prohibited.
1. DEFINITIONS.
b-16. All that portion of West Burleigh Street bounded by West Fond du Lac Avenue on the east and the Milwaukee city limits on the west.
