A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of East Kenwood Boulevard from North Cramer Street to a point 70 feet east thereof at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Bender Court from a point 575 feet east of North 60^th Street, east to the dead end

On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 3060 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 340 feet north thereof

On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3045 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 370 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Bender Court from a point 400 feet east of North 60^th Street to a point 600 feet east thereof from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"
